UDT invites senior students from engineering and disciplines related to chemical and natural sciences of the Universidad de Concepción to participate in a selection process for a 10-week research stay at the University of Maine, USA.
During their stay, the two selected students will work on issues related to chemical or thermochemical processing of lignocellulosic biomass and the development of new biomaterials and biofuels.
The requirements that applicants must comply with are: advanced level of English (oral and written) and be available to travel on June 3, returning on August 4, 2013.
The program offers round-trip airline tickets for students to USA, lodging and traveling expenses of 650 US$.
