UDT has a building of 5.557 m², which includes laboratories (676 m²), scaling rooms (3.831 m²) and offices, meeting rooms, common spaces, warehouses and a workshop (1.050 m²). The quality of the construction infrastructure is good and it is equipped with state-of-the-art security and ICT facilities.

One of the main features of UDT is its ability to scale processes to a demonstrative level, for which it has numerous pilot plants from different types and purposes. It also has good laboratory equipment.
