Waste, particularly their management and treatment, are a crosscutting issue of growing importance in today’s society due to economic and environmental reasons. The Environment Department specializes in the implementation of projects related to management plans, development of management systems, hazard characterization, recovery, inventory, diagnoses, cadasters and regulatory proposals, among others. For this, there is a first level extensive information and knowledge of the most relevant industrial sectors in the country.
